Russ joined TBM in 2006 and brought with him sales experience from Ixis Asset Management Advisors Group. With Baird, he proudly represents the seventh generation of McIlvains in the hardwood distribution business.
A graduate of Roanoke College and the National Hardwood Lumber Inspection School, Russell understands the importance of maintaining consistency and quality in our grading and sorting. Russ oversees accounts and works closely with production to match our wide inventory of grades and sorts to specific customer needs.
